Kiwanis Club of Pekin wants to thank the community of Pekin for making our kettle corn booth at the Pekin Marigold Festival a huge success! We are grateful for the support each year, allowing us to grant funds to support the children of Pekin in a multitude of ways. Each year, the Kiwanis Club of Pekin gives away thousands of dollars in grants. This year, we are proud to be supporters of the new Mineral Springs Park Performing Arts Venue. We know this will be an incredible gift to families and children of all ages as we gather for a variety of performing arts performances in our beautiful park. Our club and its members have donated over $75,000 to this initiative. Seeing the progress as people gathered in the park for the Marigold Festival was so exciting. We love collaborating with other organizations and supporting the arts. Thank you to everyone who enjoyed delicious kettle corn! You are making a difference in your community!
