The Back2School BackPack GiveAway date for Distribution is Sat, Aug 3rd starting at 9am and running until either supplies run out or people stop coming. This is for students K-12. Location: The HOPE Chest Food Pantry - 1416 N 8th St (just next door to the HOPE Chest Thrift Store).

Thanks to New Beginnings Church, Tremont Apostolic Church, Tazwood and our many Customer Donors who give at the Register when they make their purchases, we are happy to announce that we are preparing 600 backpacks (100 more than last year)!! 

In addition to the 600 backpacks with supplies, the HC will be giving out a coupon for 10 FREE clothing items to each student to be redeemed on designated days throughout August. If every student gets even 5 pieces that will be 3,000+ pieces of clothing the HOPE Chest will be giving away FREE!! (We welcome volunteers to help sort and hang clothing during August - contact Heather for details 309-620-9043 press 3)
