The Pauline Phelps Scholarship was established by her family in her memory. The Alpha Theta scholarship is given by the local chapter of Alpha Delta Kappa.

Sophia Vansaghi of Pekin, received the Pauline Phelps Scholarship. Pauline was a past president and a special education teacher in East Peoria and Pekin. Sophia is a sophomore at the University of Illinois majoring in special education. She was active in Aspiring Educators Association and served as vice president.

Anna Tharp of Pekin received the Alpha Delta Kappa Scholarship. Anna is a senior majoring in early childhood education at Illinois State University. She was active in Aspiring Educators Association for four years.
