Feeling the chill during these cold months? Unable to get your favorite workout because of the rain and snow? Come on down to the YWCA of Pekin! We offer plenty of exercise classes for you to choose from.
Want a light stretch? Check out our Chair yoga or BOOM Mind. Looking to relax and feel calm during the rush of life, try Ener-Chi, our Tai-Chi and Qigong combination program. Stability classes focus on balance and fall prevention, and if you're looking for something in the opposite direction with a bit more energy, definitely dance on into BOOM Move! If relaxation or dancing aren't exactly what you're looking for, get your workout in Silver Sneakers Classic, or go all in and try BOOM Muscle. We even have a fully stocked Cardio Room that you can enjoy on your own!
Not only is the YWCA great for personal or friend group exercise, but it's also great for family fitness. One of the best family fitness activities we offer is Karate, learn self-defense and confidence while spending time with family. Whatever workout you're looking for, we have it here at the YWCA.
